There's a lot to be said for a savoury snack, and even more for a whole-food cracker. We love these delicious and nutritious delights and we think you will too!
1 cup Sunflower seeds
1 cup Pumpkin seeds
½ cup Chia seeds
½ cup Sesame seeds
½ cup Flaxseeds
1 ½ Water

Preheat oven to 180°C

Mix seeds together, add 1.5 cups of water and leave to sit for 10 minutes (to allow the seeds to soak up the water)

Stir well and spread the mixture thinly over 2 baking trays.

Cook for 1-1.25 hours in oven.

Allow to cool before breaking the seeds into crackers.
